Summer special：Move in before August 1st this year, only $99 rental fee for every month before August 1st. Applied to all units style. Then from August the rental fee turns back to normal rate.
Description/Amenities:
WE Discount: 18% discount in 2012/13 leasing year. A limited number of leases with discount for 2bed, 3bed, and 4 bed units. WE rate is at least 3% lower than other special or group rate.

The rate will change without notice.Please contact the apartment to get the latest rate!

Apartment is offering 2 options on leasing(expired on May 31st, 2012):

Option 1: leasing on current WE 18% discount rate

Option 2: leasing on current WE 18% discount plus extra $5 per month, you can get $250 gift card
